KOKOON VILLAS - WEST END

Kokoon Villas is a small development of 6 individual villas located in Anguilla's highly sought after West end. The villas are located just opposite the entrance to Four Seasons hotel and under 2 minutes drive to the majestic Meads Bay, one of the top rated beaches in the world. Construction is slated to begin in Fall 2023 with expected completion Fall 2024.  Sales and reservations are now open at the special pre-construction price
